After my morning CTM,how much time should i wait for the moisturizer to do its work before applying make up?

i have dry skin. should i do CTM twice a day or just once is enough??After my morning CTM,how much time should i wait for the moisturizer to do its work before applying make up?
Morning and before bed! %26amp; wear a night moisturiser at night and a day in the morning. It's not a MUST do, but it'll definitely help.

i don't think it really matters. if you're using a powder it'd probably be better to wait until the moisturizer is dry first though. try using cerave, not sure if that's the right spelling but it's a really good moisturizer for dry skin.
only use toner at night. In the morning apply moisturizer and make up right away. this will keep you dewy all day long. If you become greasy use rice papers to blot excess oil.


Using toner at night gently cleanses any extra dirt and oil left on skin from make up.
yes do it twice a day. I usually wait about ten mins after moisturising my face but i'm sure it doesn't really matter. The only thing is if you put makeup on too soon it may go greasy being mixed with the moisturiser.
