Does anyone else have trouble applying make-up to newly waxed eyebrows?

Every time I get my eyebrows waxed, for the first few days, I apply makeup like normal and it is like it just doesn't take to the waxed part. It looks ridiculous and to me it's very obvious. Does anyone have any idea how to take care of this or do I just have to wait until the skin is healed or whatever it is that makes it not stick? (for lack of a better word) it's just a very light foundation (like a tinted lotion) and then some powder.Does anyone else have trouble applying make-up to newly waxed eyebrows?
Dont wax them, I pluck. I think its fun to just sit near a sunny window and pluck my eyebrows.Does anyone else have trouble applying make-up to newly waxed eyebrows?
It's because of the wax they use. It leaves a residue behind. What I do is just wipe my eyebrows with some makeup remover on a cotton ball. That will take care of the problem. I like Neutrogena Make Up Remover.
um... you might want to consider putting some foundation lightly underneath your eyebrows, that way when you put up eye shadow etc it should stick easier

if that's what you tried and still your makeup wont stick, you might want to talk to the people who waxed your eyebrows and they might be able to give better advices

or

to go a makeup counter where you can tlk to a representative about your situation and then they can direct you to a product that's suitable

b/c sometimes cheap makeups have harder time sticking on ya know
