There are two things you can use.


1 - If you are willing to spend a little more, try Urban Decay Primer Potion. It truly keeps eyeshadow on ALL day without creasing. It's $15, but you only use a dab each day.

2 - For a cheaper alternative, try using a facial mositurizer. This is what I use and it works just like a primer. I use a Clean %26amp; Clear Oil-Free Moisturizer, and love it (around $5).
Use Mary Kay Eye Makeup Primer. It really works.
