Do I have to apply foundation and powder when I apply make-up or can I go without it?

Personally, I don't apply foundation and powder. If you have a couple of pimples, why should you cake your entire face with foundation? It's just adding more harm to your skin.


If you want even coverage, you could apply foundation and powder. It's your choice though.


So if you feel like you wanna make your face flawless and more beautiful than it already is, go ahead.

You don't need to, if you are going for a light natural look (ie; mascara, a swipe of blush %26amp; lip balm) you might only need a little concealer dabbed here %26amp; there, if that much. But if you are going to apply eyeshadow a bit more blush %26amp; color on the lips you need a foundation to help keep things in place (why its called foundation) think of it like a primer that evens out the canvas before you paint on it. so if you are going for a made up look, you definitely need foundation
there are a lot of foundations that you can find that don't need you to wear any powder with them.





there's this fabulous dior airflash makeup which is an airbrush makeup and all you need to do is spray it on your face.





but if you're looking at something less pricier, look at maybelline dream matte mouse makeup. it comes in a little jar and all you need to do is moisturize your face, apply this mouse makeup and your set for the day.
You don't have to apply the foundation and powder, but it would make it easier to blend your eye shadows and blushes if you did. if you want you could also just apply the powder to blend it, foundation is just to cover red spots and blemishes.

If you feel more comfortable with wearing foundation then i would use just a tad bit of powder to seal it together and it gives it a nice touch. But if your okay with not wearing foundation then powder look just perfect too (: hope i helped.
I personally think all you need is moisturizer, primer, and concealer. This is the basis for any look. You can create a flawless, fresh-faced look in under 5 minutes with the basics.
if you wear foundation you should wear powder because it seals the foundation :)


but if you don't you can wear only powder to cover the shine of your skin :)
It is your preference. If you like how you look without the makeup then threes no sense in using it. Save the money and your skin.
