Need help with applying make up on?

i'm 17 and have never used make up before. unfortunately, my mom says i need to start using it and start acting more mature, in which i am though. nothing's wrong with my face or anything. i have no acne and my face is fine, but sadly, that doesn't work for my mom. i'll use make up but i don't want to go overboard to where it deteriorates your skin and looks ridiculously fake. are there any simple tips to keep it natural?

thanks. Need help with applying make up on?
mm this is what i would dooo,,

Eyes: Curl your eyelaches, apply mascara, dont put eyeliner it look way to heavy, use light colors on your eyelid, and you could put like a natural tone between the crease of your eye and your eyebrow, it brightens up your face!

Face: For the look you want i would recomend not putting anything on ur face if its already clear and nice,, its best to keep it the way it is! Unless you want too put stuff on ur face, i recommend just makep not powder,, powder makes u look really fake and like plasticy,,!

Lips: A clear cloat of lipgloss always looks great and it look pretty natural,, and if you play up your eyes it best too keep the lips to a minimum, orr the other way around!

Hopw that helpzz!!Need help with applying make up on?
using a tinted moisturizer will even out your skin tone, give you any coverage you need, and keep your skin healthy and clean all day. It also does not feel really heavy on your skin.

another idea is to wear a little mascara. That is quick and easy and if you use a good one, it won't look clumpy or fake. Try Maybeline Define A Lash. The green one for lengthening is what I like best.

If that still isnt enough, add alittle eyeliner. Do Not go all the way around your eye, that's when it looks fake. Go on the bottom INNER lid about halfway and stop. Your eyes will look bigger and brighter.

If you don't like the idea of eyeliner, find a light gold shimmer and apply it to your tear dots and across your brow bone. This will also do the brightening affect, but will be more subtle
thats sad that your moms making you wear make up even though youre not super stoked to.

use BareMInerals foundation, and get the kabuki brush.. its expensive, but get your mom to buy it since shes the one who wants you to wear it. anyway, it looks really natural and just makes your skin look really even, and its not bad for your skin like most other make ups.

just get a black eyeliner pencil and lightly line your eyes with it under your bottom lashes.

use a little bit of black mascara.

if you WANT you can use a TEENY bit of blush for some color.

this is PLENTY of make up. im 16 and thats all i wear.

hope it helps.

what you want to do is buy some light colors for you eye shadow and use some light pink blush with some foundation if you want never use too much eye liner get a light blue liner it will be fun for the summer, light pink for the spring, and a brown for the fall.

some good brands are

mac, bobbie brown, stilla, sephora, clinique

uuhhh

1) use a foundation (if you need help about you color ask someone) and use a spone wedge to apply it (use powder!)

2) use a color wheel of blush--to use it use a sponge wedge and dab it in the middle and smile and go from your eye height and go all the way down to the center of your eye and where your nose ends

3) use mascara (i recommened lash blast)

4) put on eye shadow-- i say maybe some browns or pink...dont go all the way up to your eyebrow...

email me if you want more tips and stuff...

I would recommend that you use a tinted moisturizer and some powder, a little blush/bronzer, maybe a peach eyeshadow and some mascara, finish with some lip gloss. Also you may want to try some mineral make-up as it is less harmful to your skin.
If you have to pay for the makeup Max Factor has a natural powder which is wonderful and it allows your skin to breath. It is similar to Bare Minerals but costs have the price. I use it all the time and I dont break out.
