When applying make up.....?

when applying make up how do you keep it from falling down on to your face? specially with sparkles. When applying make up.....?
before you apply, tap your brush so that the excess product will fall off. also, you can try and put a tissue under your eye as you're applying. and when you wipe off the product that is misplaced, use a blush brush and lightly brush away. don't rub with your hands, it'll just blend it in.When applying make up.....?
i don't understand makeup stays on your face
falling down your face what are you talking about? make-up sticks to your face
Try putting a light coat of moisturizer on your eye lids - I'm assuming that's the area you're putting the sparkles. Then use a q-tip to apply the sparkles - you'll have better control of where it's applied.
make-up should not fall down.
with make-up in general, loose powder is best as it provides a sheer and dry coverage of your entire face. Pressed powder usually runs as the day wears on...

to get the sparkles to stay, usually one with a gel base works best, and has the longest wearability. if you cannot find what you want in a gel, what i suggest, is mixing the loose sparkles with a little bit of hairspray. it sounds weird, but it works, i swear...as long as you thoroughly let it dry before touching it. also, i've found that with sparkles, the smaller the ';sparkle'; the better. although they are sometimes harder to apply, they usually have better lasting ability. a good tip when you apply sparkles and accidentally apply to an undesired area, is that scotch tape (or any tape for that matter) acts as a good cleaner-upper.
Try holding a tissue underneath or powder under eye so you can brush it off afterwards
sparkles? are you a stripper?
make up sticks to your face and the point of make your fac look nice
^After putting the eyeshadow on the brush, blow off the excess, or you can moisten the brush slightly, your shadow will go on a little darker though, also use a primer or some base before you apply your shadow. I hope this helps.
put a little moisturizer on first
MAYBE YOU SHOULD LAY DOWN AND DO IT????????????????
Dont wear powdered eyeshadow then.

Or put cream on your eyes before !
Use one hand to hold a tissue under your eye and the other to apply the sparkles.
you need to use an eyeshadow primer/base, it holds the pigment, shadow, glitter etc. onto the lid
If you tap your brush/ applicator before applying it to your face it will help to get the excess off so the powder wont go everywhere. This is especially helpful with sparkles and shimmers because less is more. Your eyes will still glimmer with light.

Get a brush like that and when your putting on eyeshadow(sparkly) or whatever put it underyour eye, and it will catch any powders.
glue it. joke! erm...
If you're talking about shimmer powder for your eyes, you can get some loose translucent powder and apply a LOT of it under your eye and on your cheek. It will catch the shimmer powder that might come off of your brush. Then you can sweep the excess powder from your cheek with a powder brush.
