What is the correct way to apply make-up?

And what does the color suppose to cordinate withWhat is the correct way to apply make-up?
Here's what I do:

~Apply tinted moisturizer to whole face

~Apply pur minerals powder: dip brush in pressed powder, swirl on lid, buff onto face in a circular motion

~Using an eyeshadow brush, apply eyeshadow to the lid, then in a darker shade to the crease, then in a shimmery tan/white color underneath the brow bone

~Buy an eyeliner brush, dip in eyeshadow and smudge on lash line (top and bottom). Using a brush instead of a pencil keeps it from looking heavy

~Apply mascara (2-3 coats on top lashes, 1 coat on bottom)

~Finish by dusting Bare Minerals mineral veil over your face (helps control oil and shine)

I personally don't coordinate my eyeshadow with my outfit but with my eyes. Try this:

~Brown eyes: purples, greens, oranges

~Blue eyes: purples, greens, navy blue

~Green eyes/Hazel: orange, army green, brown

Use either brown shadowliner/mascara or black. Black is better for night and brown is better for day. Good luck, I hope I helped ( :What is the correct way to apply make-up?
concealer, foundation, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara
There is no one right way to apply makeup. You should do it the way that flatters you most and with the colors that flatter you most. It really depends on your complexion, eye color, eye shape, lip shape, and hair color. For basic application techniques, check out http://pursebuzz.com and look at the cosmetic demos.
there is no one way to put on your make up

this is how i do it:

liquid foundation

then powder

then eye liner (only on the bottom)

then mascara

then a little eye shadow
Go to a dept. store in the mall and ask them for a lesson. they will apply it for you and teach you how to do it yourself. The best tool is good brushes for your face and eyes.

And the color doesn't exactly ';coordinate';. your foundation should match your skintone as closely as possible. Blush and lipstick should be the right shades for your skintone (the makeup counter sales people can help with this too). eyes colors should go with your eye color, never match eyeshadow to your clothing. Makeup professionals can tell you what colors to use for your skintone, hair color, and eye color.
buy good brushes and practice in the mirror
okay ill try to answer this (cause i wear makeuop every day) so here i go okay i usually add my eyeliner on the top of my lid first (it should be a nice smooth even line) next i put masscara on the top and bottum i usally use small strokes (paying close attention to the ends to add my longer looking eyelashes) next i add the eyeliner on the bottum of my eyelids and blend it with my lids. than i put powered conceler around my eyes and nose ( so that he makeup has a better chance to not run all over if you blink or rub your eyes. than i add bluch to my check bones litely

and there you go

i hope that helped

bye
Hiya!

The best way to apply make-up is with make-up brushes, its healthier and your make-up lasts longer. As for colours, I would just say that most colours can be worn. Just think about your eye colour, skintone and the colours of the clothes your wearing!

Anyone can become good at applying make-up, all it takes is PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!!!!!!

Good luck
