How to start applying make -up after doing the basics:- cleansing, toning, and moisturising?

Is foundation (cream -base %26amp; powder-base) considered make-up base? How to start applying make -up after doing the basics:- cleansing, toning, and moisturising?
Yes, foundation (cream or powder) is considered a base.

This is how I do it:

1. Liquid foundation on face making sure to blend in well at jaw/hairline.

I like Loreal's True Match. I also apply a little bit on my lids to keep eyeshadow in place.

2. I apply a little bit of powder on my lids. (again, to keep eyeshadow from creasing) I don't apply powder anywhere else, but I have dry skin so I don't like it.

3.Eyeliner in my lash line to make lashes look fuller. Eyeshadow and then eyeliner outlining top lid.

4.Blush on the apples of the cheeks. I start at the apples and blend toward hairline. Keep this light, you don't want harsh blush lines.

5. Lipstick/Lipgloss

Viola!

You may want to go to a makeup counter and have them apply a full face for you. You can get a good idea of what to do/what colors look best. MAC does it for free, I'm not sure about the others. How to start applying make -up after doing the basics:- cleansing, toning, and moisturising?
Sephora's Perfection Makeup Base is really great. You can but foundation on top of that, but I really recommend using it because it helps smooth out your skin and minimize pores to make your foundation look better.
right after you put your moisterizer on put your fondationon in a outward motion opu your powdre on to set your fondation(loose or powder. for more tips visit me.
i have always found that picture perfect dewy even skin can be achieved by squeezing a normal ammount of moisturiser into your hand, then 2 squirts of a peachy luminizing liquid ( i always use revlon skinlights) then one squirt of foundation, mix this up in your hands by rubbing your hands together and then rub in onto your face and neck (but not the delicate eye area) try to rub in a slightly downwards and outwards direction as this stops the hairs on your face from being caught and emphasized. then use a light reflecting concealer ( if you think you need it) in the under eye area (pat it on dont rub it on) and around the inner corners of the nose. curl lashes, apply mascara. a light dusting of bronzer on the nose and forehead and a dot of creamy blusher on the apples of the cheeks. + anything else thats appropriate.
