Always use a moisturizer before applying foundation. If your looking to make sure it stays in place all day set it with a translucent powder and use makeup blotting papers through out the day:)
Yes. You should moisturize your face before using make-up.
moisturize for sure, but primers are not totally necessary, they do help but in these times when trying to save money, its not needed. laura geller makes a great primer if you want one,
