yup...though its a person's choice to put themselves in danger, doing crap while driving puts others in danger as well. ...well eating food while driving isnt that bad...Should applying make up, texting, eating food or doing a crossword be illegal while driving?
Absolutely. If people really need to do those things on the way to work they should take a bus and let someone who's paying attention drive.
