i'm azn and i have creaseless eyes. it makes it hard for me to apply eyeshadow and all that stuff. any tips? How do you apply make-up to creaseless asian eyes?
Hi, I sell Mary Kay I actually have a picture I can send you that show the technique. Since there is no way for me to attach it email me and I can send it to you.
Highlight shade: Apply to browbone and along the upper
lash line.
Midtone shade: Start at the base of your upper lash line
and bring the color up and over the entire hooded area.
This helps the lid recede. Make sure to blend the areas
where the midtone color meets the highlight color.
Accent shade: Start at the base of the lash line and bring
the color up and over the hooded area. For this eye shape,
you need to bring your contour color in a little farther and
up a little higher than on other eye shapes. This will help
the hooded area recede. Next, sweep the contour color
underneath the lower lashes to define the lower lashline.
You don鈥檛 want to miss this step! Hooded eyes really
benefit from a well-defined upper and lower lash line. How do you apply make-up to creaseless asian eyes?
Look asian models for a eye makeup style you like. Generally I like to focus on the outer edges of the eye adding liner there for balance, and the brow bone to accentuate it. There is a fantastic liner made by Color Me Beautiful that is very silky to apply because it's silicone based. Then because of the silicone it stays where you put it- if you let it set for a few seconds before opening your eye. The eye liner has a smudger on one end for hard to reach areas- so you must use that BEFORE the liner sets. Also- my favorite shade for asian coloring is Smokey Amethyst.

Nothing, Asians are naturally beautiful!
1.Curl your eyelashes and put on mascara. An eyelash comb is very useful. Do this first to keep other makeup from smudging or getting on your curler, and to stop your lashes breaking. Wet lashes break more easily.
2. Put on eyeliner along your lower lashline.
3. If applying liquid eyeliner, start on the inside corner of your upper eyelid and close your eye. When you're halfway across, open your eye and see how it looks. If you need to, close your eye again and keep drawing so that it shows when your eye is open. If you're drawing a tail, draw it with your eyes open.
4. Apply eyeshadow to your upper lid. If you're using more than one color, use the darkest closest to your lashline and the lightest closer to your browbone. Blend the darkest or dark color up to the top of your eyeball to define it.

1. Curl your eyelashes. I would recommend curling them first instead of applying mascara and THEN curling them.
2. Then get WHITE eyeliner pencil and draw under your bottom eyelashes in two places: bottom, inner corner of your eye, and the bottom outer corner of your eye. Kind of smudge to make it look blended. The white makes it look like ur eyes are bigger. I've done this couple times and its a trick asian ppl do nowadays.
3. Do a Second Eyeliner in a Purple Color- Brings out Brown Eyes! ONLY Get the Silicone based Ones! Those are the BEST!
3. Apply white eyeshadow under your bottom eyelashes on bottom inner and outer corner of ur eyes. Also apply a little on the inner corner.
4. Optional- apply black eyeliner on top eyelash
Oh my gosh, I used to have that exact same problem.... (it's nice to know that i'm not the only one!) Anyways, I recently went to a Maybelline Studio and watched a live show on how to apply, use, and buy makeup... as they asked for questions, I asked them, ';Well, what should I do, since I'm Asian and have creaseless eyes? I can't exactly do all the things that you just showed us.'; And the lady gave me some great tips that really helped enlarge my eyes and make them really pretty! Here are those tips:
1. Apply eyeshadow to your upper lid. If you're using more than one color, use the darkest closest to your lashline and the lightest closer to your browbone. Blend the darkest/dark color up to the top of your eyeball to define it.
2. Don't use liquid eyeliner unless you are going for a very dramatic look.
3. If you have a smaller/narrower eye, try dark brown or grey eyeliner or shadow. Metallic colors ( like gold and silver ) also look really good.
4. Don't overapply makeup. When it comes to putting on makeup on Asian eyes, just a little can make your eyes pop. Too much, on the other hand, can minimize your eye.
5. Black eyeliner and other dark colors can make your eyes look even smaller or look harsh against your skin. Go for more neutral colors. (Remember, this is only for eyeliner)
6. Blue and green eyeshadow will look really harsh on your skin- try to avoid this.
7. Remember, always blend, blend, blend when applying eyeshadow!
8. Mascara usually helps when it comes to defining your eyes- but make sure it's not lumpy...
9. Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier, Nars, Chanel, any of the higher end brands of cosmetics works beautifully on Asian girls. There's enough pigment in the shadows and the shadow consistancy is nice.
10. Go to your local department store and ask a specialist to see what kinds of colors would best suit you.
Remember, your eyes are still beautiful no matter what! Good luck!
