well, i never put on make up becuase i nevr buy any and i dont know what would look good on me. i also have acne prone skin, so thats another eason why i dont. but, also, i want to aplly make up becuse im really concious about my self image (i know i shouldnt be) but, im concious in the way that, i jsut want my impreesion on society to be good, becuase my mom told me, ';how you dress, and care for yourself, is how you present yurself to the world';.
So, on my ';picture';, that is as close as it gets on how i look like, the only diffence is that my eyes are smaller, and my skin has discoloratioo to it. So can anyone give me some make up apllying tips for my eyes, lips, and skin, to make it look pretty, yet, natural?Applying make up?
umm... on your skin tone i reccomend golds, or dark reds, and plums As for the spplication of the makeup, stary with this:
FOUNDAITON- make a shocked face, strech your jaw as far down as possible, this makes the foundation bled in better, and makes it look like your natural skin.
BLUSH- for your skin, i dont suggest you go with the darker pinks, the lighter ones will actually make it look more natural.
EYESHADOW- i think you should put gold eyeshadow, eye liner wont really look good for your skin tone, so take a applicator brush, adn sweep it from the inner corner of your eye, to the edge, DO NOT place it on the upper lid, just your actual eye lid, or else it will look fake.
MASCARA- if you have long eyelashes, just curl them, to apply actual mascarastart at the root ofyour eyelashes, and pull upward, be sure to ';wiggle'; the mascara wand to the tip.
LIPS- go for a nude tone.Applying make up?
well if you have acne prone skin your physchians formula, its more exspensive but better for your skin. or covergirl. all you need is a base, some blush and mascara! ta dah
I love Bare Esenctuals brand mineral powder makeup. Your local mall should carry it at a number of stores including Sephora. You can call for an appointment and a makeup specialist will give you a free makeover and show you what products are best for your coloring and skin type.
Although, remember it is your inner beauty that is reflected most on the outside!
get you a mascara great lash from Maybelle
and some eye shadow from Claire's
the most natural colors are:
fair skin: peaches and cremes and sometimes white if you just want that shimmer
tan skin: creme, brown and bronze
dark skin: brown, and bronze
the best thing for you to do it use a little bit of concealer and just accentuate your eyes, using eyeliner and mascara and eyeshadow... no need for blush just feel good about yourself and that will shine through.
Speaking as a guy, I personally could care less what type of makeup a girl wears, or if she wears it at all. Whatever you do, for the love of god please don't go overboard. That's probably one of my biggest turn offs. Have fun with it :)!

Physician's formula is good. As is nutrogena. Try finding the mineral powder foundations. A lot of companies are making them now. They are REALLY natural looking, but even out and cover your skin. Try different colors, just start with what you THINK will look good, and go from there. Only you know what you're comfortable with...
Since you say that you can easily get acne then I would recommend hypoallergenic brands so your skin won't get irritated too easily, one that I know of is Almay. For the skin discoloration you speak of, you could get concealer or loose powder, use the color chart to match your shade or you could go to a department store with hypoallergenic brands and the make up artist could help you find the right shade to blend in. For lips I usually use nude shades that way its much more natural. Eyes I always use light biege color on my lid then blend in a dark taupe for a dark sultry look.
Make-up makes you look pretty than you are.
Dream Matte Mousse coverup by Maybelline works really well for covering up acne. If you want to wear eyeshadow use earth tones like beige, brown, plum, gold, and use a small amount of black eyeliner on the bottom of your eyes.
