Is it good to apply cream before applying make up?

i get up in the morning and my face is dry therefore i have to apply cream but at the same time i have to apply make up too so is it bad ??Is it good to apply cream before applying make up?
It's good to use a moisturizer under you makeup. It will smooth out your dry skin so your makeup go on more evenly. It will keep your face moisturized throughout the day and improve the look of your skin. Your skin will not become flaky or tight looking from the dryness which can be magnified with makeup. It will give you a more flawless look and healthier looking skin (not to mention help prevent future wrinkles which can look even worse with makeup). Moisturizing is one of the best things you can do for your skin.Is it good to apply cream before applying make up?
I have found that the best creams or lotions need to be water based. If you let your face dry completely before applying makeup, it works great. Be sure to cleasne your face completely each evening and apply more moisturizer.
actually it is great for your skin to apply moisturizer before you apply makeup. smart move!
what kind of cream?
yup!

i do every morning. it makes it blend better and it looks more natural.
i apply cream before my make up so that it blends easier
no not at all it makes your make-up blend so much smoother than alone, it prevents streaking, and your face stays hydrated, and that causes less wrinkles
yes it is good.

it creates a base, so that make up shows clearer and foundation is easier to blend etc.
Yes, you should use a moisturizer everyday before applying your make up.
Yes - it's good as you begin your day (before applying make up) and (after removing make up) right before going to sleep. Basically, application of creme hydrates the skin which allows the skin to glow, look healthy and prevents accumulation of wrinkles. I'm constantly told every week that my face looks young and it's all because I hydrate my skin :)
I do sometimes. it helps set my makeup.
