What are the correct steps to apply make up?

What are the correct steps to apply all make up including concealer, foundation, liquid eye liner, blush etc... How do you apply it as well? What are the correct steps to apply make up?
i get most of my makeup answers by watching youtube videos... try looking up proper makeup applications...What are the correct steps to apply make up?
you should wash your face first, then apply moisturizer. if you use a primer (which isn't really needed unless you have major flaws or wrinkles) apply it first, followed by your foundation. On top of your foundation apply concealer for any red areas. Concealer works great to hide pimples. Then pat on loose powder on your nose, chin and forehead. Apply your eyeshadow, and mascara. If you let your mascara dry, and add another coat carefully, so it doesn't clump, you get a good ';fake lash'; look. Draw your eyeliner on, and finish by using a touch of concealer for your cheeks, and under your eyes, incase your eyeshadow ';sprayed';. Put on blush and lip gloss/lipstick or chapstick.
well,

the steps i use are foundation- i just put it on

concealer- when you put it on your not suppose to rub it in just kind of pat it. just on you face where your skin is diffrent colors or something of that sort.

powder-i just put it on its kind of obvious

blush- i dont use it because i have light brown skin and i dont like to :)

eyeshadow- if you dont know how to do it good go on youtube and theres people who do it really good. *also*- dark color on bottom and light color on top.

liquid eyeliner- i either do a line really skinny or really thick. i think it looks better thick depending on your eyes.

lip liner- but i wouldnt do it if you have bigger lips, which i do so i dont do it.

lip gloss/lip stick.

hope i helped
It honestly doesn't matter. Depending on the amount of fall out I get from certain eyeshadows, I'll do my eyes first or my foundation, concealer and powder first. Some days I'll do my eyebrows first, other days they'll be the very last thing. The result is the same either way, pretty much, as long as you don't place a cream or liquid on top of a powder.
this is a good question, i am sorta curious myself. I usually do foundation, powder, blush, eyeshadow, mascara, and then eyeliner and lipstick.
i do foundation first..then eyeshadow...then eyeliner...then mascara...then blush.
