Go buy some inexpensive makeup that contains glitter. You can find it at drugstores like Jewel and Walgreens. I think Bonne Bell brand makeup has a lot of glitter in it, it's marketed towards younger girls. Try going for body glitter, it usually comes in a roll-on tube.





I wouldn't go buy glitter from a craft store and just stick it to your face, you'll never get it to stay on. But if you can't find any body glitter makeup, you could always use Vaseline (petroleum jelly). Be careful not to get it in your eyes though. Just smear a small amount onto your eyelid and dab on some glitter.
Not really. Back in the day when I used to wear loose glitter, I'd dab a q-tip in a little bit of gel, and then coat with glitter and it always went on thick and stayed in place. Just don't get any in your eyes!
your best way is to apply eye lash glue on your eye first then pat the glitter on
Primer will work good. Just dab some on a q-tip, then sip it in glitter then pat on your eye.
