How do i apply make-up for pale skin?

I'm 27yr old mother, and i work full-time. I feel ugly being around all these glamourous girls with gorgeous clothes. I am a redhead and hardly wear make-up or do my hair. see photo on 360. How do these girls look so gorgeous? I don't even know what the fashion is.How do i apply make-up for pale skin?
i am guessing your irish? lol- me too. although i am not a redhead. your profile pic is very pretty,

pale skin ( which is what i have)-

depending on your skin types and blemish's- i would use a nice foundation covering up any flaws giving you a nice matte look.

for the eye area- i cannot tell if you have brown or green eyes- but i would use colors coordinating to that, you can search on youtube- their are som many ideas,

check out this link below for ideas on having red hair-

you are a very beautiful woman, you have no need to worry. :)How do i apply make-up for pale skin?
You need to find products that work for you, a routine that is easy to maintain and colours that suit you.

Moisturise before you put on any make-up. Us fair skinned girls tend to show up any make-up mistakes so a moisturised base for the foundation to sink in to will help you look more natural and not 'caked on'.

Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse in Ivory is fantastic for pale skinned girls. I've used it for about three years and will never go back to liquid foundations unless they make something this brilliant in the right shade. Smooth this on as lightly as you can get away with (if you need more coverage, go ahead and add more).

You don't need to wear eyeliner or eyeshadow if you don't want to but a luminescent cream eyeshadow with brown liquid or pencil eyeliner will really open up your eye and combined with lashings of black mascara (go for any MaxFactor or if you can afford it Diorshow Blackout as this will give the effect of 'natural false eyelashes') will make your eyes look done up and really make them pop. It depends on your eye colour so I can't give you colours that would suit.

On your lips, neutral coloured lipstick or a medium shine lipgloss would work wonders. Nothing pink or red, just a nice pink-brown about a shade darker than your lips to add a bit of a boost.

Once you practice you can get this all done in around 5 minutes in front of the mirror. I'm a mother and work full-time and can be showered, hair done and make-up perfect in half an hour. It's all about prioritising and knowing your best features.
Okay, I'd kill for natural red hair/pale skin, that's a beautiful look!

As for fashion, try checking out some mags like elle/vogue. Also remember that when your younger you can wear some fashions that older adults can't, it just looks ridiculous because it isn't age appropriate.

What also helps is picking someone (a celebrity usually) that has a style sense that appeals to you and try and steal some ideas from them.
since your a mom you probably dont have a lot of time to get ready. i have really pale skin to and you need to get a foundation that matches your skin perfectly or it will look cakey/fake. i would def go natural with it and play up your pretty skin color. for your eyes do a shimmery (that does NOT mean glittery) light pink with some mascara that lengthens. then for your cheeks i would do another nice night pink to add warmth to your cheeks and a natural gloss for your lips. if you want to add some pop try some bright red lips! be careful though that it isnt too orange. remember if you use red lips to not use a bright shadow beause youll look over done. choose one focal point a day. if you want something heavier on your eyes go to a grocery store and use almay shadow. they have a line that you can pick the colors that match your eye color. hope that helped!
I'm one of the palest people i know! And i often find it a real pain.

But i learn to love it because its what makes me unique from Alsot of people.

I use foundation, I use the palest of Maybelline Dream Matte Mouse, which gives me more colour, without making me look at all orange. Also i find their concealer really good for blemishes in 02 Natural. Or if you can afford it, try a Mac of Bobbi Brown foundation, or go to any makeup counter in a department store and they will find you the right foundation for your skin tone, but if you test it yourself, dont test your foundation on your hand, I often find that tones which are perfect on my hand, and incredibly orange on my face. Instead test it on your jaw line, as this is the same tone as most of your face.

Also, dont buy the foundation there and then, because it can often look different outside in natural light, so check this before committing to a purchase.

If you pinch your cheeks, the colour they turn is your natural blush colour, so find a blush that matches this well. Often peaches go well with pale skin.

Also, I find that using black eye-liner can make me look washed out, so instead i use a brown eye liner along my lower lash line, and smudge it slightly, which adds definition, and keeps my make-up looking natural.

I often find that vaseline is the best for lipgloss, or use a lipstick that matched the inside of your lip.

As for fashion, reading magazines such as vogue and elle, despite them being lovely, it wont really help you, because most of the clothes are very expensive, and also you wouldnt often see people wearing the outfits in the street. Try fashion blogs, by searching in google, or magazines such as Glamour, Company, or Red.

Hope I could help.
