Has anyone had permanent make-up applied to the lash lines?

If so, any information on the process %26amp; results would be greatly appreciated.Has anyone had permanent make-up applied to the lash lines?
I haven't had it done, but I know women who have permanent eyeliner both upper and lower. It shouldn't stop the lashes from growing. One woman I know regrets having it done. Personally, I don't like the way it looks and you will be stuck with the same look forever.
