How do i apply good make-up?

hey, i need some make-up tips on how i can get my make-up looking better! like i need that nice eyeliner under my eye!


i have red hair so i have blonde eye-lashes!


i put on mascara reguraly but the eye-liner i find hard to like it doesnt look right!


i need to get that nnice eye-liner look!
